1.  Watching rubbish on tv.

Day 484 – 29 June 2016

1.  Did some yoga.

2.  Great handstand class.

3.  Made delicious pasta meal.

4.  Nice to see friend.

5.  Enjoyed playing music with friend.

6.  Practised singing and guitar on my own as well.

7.  Did some cleaning/tidying.

8.  Got the hang of pushing out through shoulders in handstand which really helped with stability.

9.  Did some writing.

10.  Feeling relaxed and happy.

Day 483 – 28 June 2016

1.  Did yoga before breakfast- fantastic way to start the day.

2.  Lovely to see friend and play music.

3.  So good to see friend I haven’t seen for ages.

4.  Really good walk.

5.  Nice chats.

6.  Yummy left over veg.

7.  Cuddles with Artemis.

8.  Slept well and woke up refreshed.

Day 480 – 25 June 2016

1.  Vegan ice cream.

2.  Did some gentle yoga and meditation even though feeling ill.

3.  Artemis the cat is sooo sweet.

8.  Won £60 on lottery without even buying ticket (grandma bought me one)!

Day 464 – 9 June 2016

1.  Managed to leave Bristol really early to avoid traffic.

2.  Alton Towers was amazing.

3.  Hardly any queues for most rides.

4.  Laughed lots.

5.  Delicious picnic.

6.  Went on nemesis 3 times in a row.

7.  Finally got to go on smiler and it was amazing.

8.  Was really scared first time on oblivion, but second time was my favourite ride of the day.

9.  Beautiful flowers and countryside.

10.  Very easy drive both ways.

Day 459 – 4 June 2016

1.  Nice weather.

2.  Saw lots of lovely friends.

3.  Bumped into lots of other people I knew.

4.  Good live music and dancing.

5.  Remembered to bring picnic to save money.

6.  Did lots of yoga.

7.  Dance event was amazing.

8.  Raw chocolates.

9.  Friend did really well leading the event.

10.  Released lots of emotions and stress.

Day 458 – 3 June 2016

1.  Writing flowing smoothly.

2.  Idea for series of blog posts solidifying.

3.  Practised singing.

4.  Excellent jam with friend.

5.  Sat in park and played as well.

6.  Made delicious new meal that I completely made up without a recipe, and it turned out amazingly.

7.  Learned how to play backgammon – really love it!

8.  Finally read some more of book I started over a year ago – sooo good, couldn’t stop smiling; and great to actually be able to concentrate on reading again and have time for it.

9.  Yoga in the garden.
